Each of our locations is unique, and we are committed to providing comfortable accommodations for every guest.

SOLÉNA

Due to the elevated platform used for our zero-gravity chairs, guests who may have difficulty accessing this area are welcome to enjoy the same SOLÉNA service in an accessible setting at our connected salon, Lacquered Co., located at the front of the building. The treatment will follow the same service steps and attention to detail, provided by the same skilled team, though in a different chair and setting. Our staff will assist with the transition and ensure your comfort throughout. When appropriate, we may extend a courtesy adjustment to your service as a gesture of appreciation.

Our pedicure area includes platform seating; however, we have a designated accessible pedicure space on the main floor with level access for guests who use mobility aids or prefer a ground-level option. Please inform our team when booking so we can reserve this area for you.

The Nailtel

The Nailtel’s pedicure lounge includes a small platform step. For guests who cannot safely access the platform, we can prepare an alternative pedicure space on the main floor, equipped with all the same thoughtful touches to ensure comfort and relaxation. If possible, please let us know your accessibility needs in advance so our team can have the area ready for you.
