Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Currently, we only ship our products within the United States. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays nor offer expedited shipping.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot update anything on our end. We do not keep credit card information on file, therefore cannot edit your order. In addition, please make sure your contact information & address are correct.
Lacquered Co. is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to the mishandling of USPS. You will not be refunded, nor will we ship a replacement for your lost order. If a package has been noted delivered but missing, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing your item(s). It is your responsibility to contact USPS to resolve these issues.
Lacquered Co. products & gift cards are non-returnable and final-No Exceptions.
We only replace items if they are defective within 14 days of shipment. What constitutes a defective item:
• Cracked bottles
• Bottle contents are spilled out
• Broken items
Please note that items with minor leaking or small blemishes are not considered damaged, which cannot constitute the basis for claims.
To do a return, email us at lacqueredCoOrders@gmail.com with an image of the defective item. If approved, we will email you, and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days.
As a small business, we can't replace, reship or refund every order, thus our strict shipping & returns policy. We thank you for your understanding.
