Does Lacquered Co. provide artificial enhancements?

No, we only provide all-natural manicure and pedicure services. We do not remove any nail enhancements, including hard gel, acrylic, or dip (acrylic).

How do you sterilize your tools?

All metal implements are scrubbed with antibacterial soap and then immersed in a hospital-grade disinfectant. They are then sealed in a packet and opened in front of our clients before each session. Nail files, buffers, foot files, and essentially anything non-metal, are all single-use items that are thrown away or can be taken home at the end of each session.

What if my gel polish chips?

We offer a 7-day guarantee on our gel services. If, for any reason, your gel chips within 7 days of your service, we will provide a complimentary gel fix to the affected nails. The gel color must be the same as you received during your

original service.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are always welcome. Although, we do get very busy, especially during the summer, and cannot guarantee availability. We recommend booking ahead online.

Can my manicure & pedicure be done at the same time?

Yes, we can perform both services simultaneously but can only be booked by calling the salon. Our online booking system does not know how to assign your services accordingly.

What products does Lacquered Co. use?

Our body butter, sugar scrub, foot soak, and nail oil are made in-house by us using all-natural organic ingredients.

Do you have parking on site?

Yes! We have a parking lot in front of the salon and plenty of side street parking that is NOT metered!

What is your cancellation policy?
